Marvin is a wonderfully friendly boy to humans. Loves their company.
He can be jealous of other dogs, and protects the kitchen area when food is being prepared.
He is very intelligent and only wants to please but can be over-protective when faced with strange dogs he never met. Reactive.
Walks well on the leash and can be a real joy around.
Most suitable as an only dog although he can live with others. He led a nomadic life and would have been a hunting dog. As a result he has a strong prey drive.
He is actually perfect for many people, especially for an active home.
NB :: Being a greyhound/sighthound means potentially could go into hunting mode if sees small animals running. We are now putting this warning with all of our sighthounds and does not mean that this particular one is this way – just a warning to introduce carefully and be watchful.
